Schedule update

We wanted to give everyone a heads up that we will be making a schedule update starting Tuesday, August 26th.  We will be holding the kids classes from 4pm to 5pm and cancelling the 4:30 WOD on Tuesdays and Thursdays  The rest of the schedule will stay unchanged.  If this impacts your ability to get into VIM, please let us know!

Warm-up

10 air squats
10 push-ups
10 v-ups

Workout

1) Front squat – work up to a heavy set of 3

2) 12 minute AMRAP:
40 air squats
30 ab-mat situps
20 push-ups
10 power cleans 185/125
