We are sad to announce that at this time our ladies will not be competing this Saturday’s  WODtober. No heavy hearts remember we have your requested new Saturday WOD time 9:30 followed by Open Gym/BadAss Club 10:30-12:00.

Workout

AMRAP for 20 minutes:
With Teams of 3: (One partner must be holding DBs at side for reps to count; while the other two partners chip away at below. Alternate as desire
Partner 1: DB/KB Hold (55/35lbs)
Partner 2/3: AMRAP the following:
20 Push-ups
20 Alternating Partner Box Jumps (20in)
20 Power Snatches/Kettlebell Swings- 75/55lbs or KBs
