It’s that time of year again! The CrossFit Games Open 2016. Sign Up now, get yourself on the leader board! VIM will be completing all Open WODs through out the next 6 weeks. Partner Wod: AMRAP For 20 Minutes
2-4-6-8-10-12
Power Snatches (135/95Lbs)
10 Burpees Over The Bar
Round 1- Partners Complete 2 Power Snatches Combined; Then Complete 10 Burpees Over The Bar- Total Reps Are 10 (May Split The Reps However They Like)
Round 2- Partners Complete 4 Power Snatches Combined; Then Complete 10 Burpees Over The Bar
Round 3- Partners Complete 6 Power Snatches Combined; Then Complete 10 Burpees Of The Bar

And On…

Score Is Total Round Completed And Remaining Reps. If You Got Through 14 (All Snatches And Burpees Over The Bar) And 3 Burpees Record As 14+ 3 Burpees.
