A little light reading for today’s WOD, oh the deadlift. A few pointers to dial in your technique to keep all of your lower back safe and sound for tomorrow. Or if you are not into reading, here is a video on the Open demo girl getting cued on the deadlift.

Complete all of the following for time:

800 meter run

2 rounds:

3 deadlifts 275/205

6 burpees

9 box jumps 30/24

then

400 meter run

3 rounds:

3 deadlifts 274/205

6 burpees

9 box jumps 30/24

then

200 meter run

4 rounds:

3 deadlifts 275/205

6 burpees

9 box jumps 30/24
