Always remember that CrossFit is a journey.  You get better by being in the gym on a regular basis over the longest period of time.  If you do not listen to you body and take rest when needed, you can injure yourself leading to you not being in the gym. Don’t sacrifice short term gains for long term longevity.

50 squat cleans, 135 lbs (95 lbs)
