What a weekend!

Well where to start to wrap up a few of the events over this past weekend. First wishing all VIM’s mother’s the happiest of Mother’s day to you all. We appreciate all you do, the example you set for all to follow both personally an athletically. Secondly, speaking of our “moms” Heather P and Heather B completed their first individual competition. Thirdly, a huge congrats to Parker on his graduation with a major in international affairs, making both his VIM family and biological family proud. Here’s looking forward to this week!

Warm up
3 rounds for completion
10 air squats
10 pull-ups
10 v-ups

Workout
1) Deadlifts 7-6-5-5-5

2) Shoulder press 7-6-5-5-5

* Start sets at 7 reps and work your way up to a heavy set of 5 for both of the above. Sets should start at about 65% of 1 RM
