Programs

CrossFit VIM is proud to offer special program classes to help you achieve success.  We are limited to 1 hour in our classes and for many of us, that is just not enough time to really develop our skills, especially in our weaker areas.  We provide 3 specialty classes every week that you can attend in lieu of or in addition to your regular workout schedule.  Not a member and looking for these classes?  Feel free to leverage our punch card system, we would love to have you attend!

We have a Olympic Weightlifting classes twice a week and a skills class once a week.  Our gymnastics class will be offered very soon!
