Two weeks left…

As we are approaching the half way mark of the Sugar Detox challenge we are finally finding this change to be a routine now. Life can provide some obstacles especially lack of time to prepare meals. And a  lack of preparation for anything can lead to failure to reaching your success. Workout:

1). Every 90 Seconds For 12 Minutes (8 Sets)
Clean And Jerk (Working Up To A Heavy Set)

2).15 Minute Time Cap:
20 Clean And Jerks (Bodyweight; Power Cleans Or Squat Cleans)
20 Bar Muscle-Ups
