Labor Day

We will be doing 2 scheduled WOD’s this Monday, the noon and 4:30pm.  Come out and join us for some Labor Day fun!

As many rounds in 15 minutes of:
10 power cleans, 135 lbs (95 lbs)
20 wall ball shots, 20 lbs (14 lbs)
30 abmat situps
400 meter run
