Chatting it up..

Next Saturday February 13th shortly following Open Gym 12:30. Lindsay R will be providing a FREE information talk about her services. Lindsay wants to inform VIM’s athletes about common injuries, aliments and over all limitations that CrossFitters experience on a daily bases. Let’s chat about what may be limiting you and your performance. She is planning on about a 20-30 minute informational talk leaving plenty of time for open forum questions.


Butterfly Pull Ups

Have the athletes work on their particular goat. Some may need the whole time on step 1 while others can get to step 2 and or 3. 


1.) Work Up To A Heavy Set Of 2 Overhead Squats
2.) Open Workout 11.4 : 10 Minute AMRAP:
60 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squats (120/80Lbs)
10 Muscle-Ups
