Best wishes

We wanted to let everyone know that Rob has decided to move on from CrossFit VIM in his CrossFit journey.  We wanted to wish Rob the absolute best and thank him for all of his hard work in getting VIM started, it would’ve been much more difficult without him.  Thank you Rob, we appreciate it and wish you nothing but the best!

As many rounds and reps in 6 minutes of:
15 pullups, chin over
150 meter run

6 minutes of rest, then:

As many rounds and reps in 6 minutes of:
15 push presses, 95 lbs (65 lbs)
250 meter row

For most of you, the push press weight is relatively light.  Focus on perfect range of motion.  Move fast, but don’t compromise perfect ROM for speed and a better score.
