4 down, 1 to go!

We are almost through the open. It has been a fantastic 4 WOD’s full of fantastic performances by many of our athletes.  This week included people doing their 1st ever toes to bar, people doing the most they ever done in a WOD, or blowing their expectations out of the water.  Keep it up everyone, we have one more to go!

5 rounds for time of:
7 muscle-ups
15 overhead squats, 95 lbs (65 lbs)

If you can’t do muscle-ups, please do 15 pullups and 15 pushups per round.
