Welcome to CrossFit VIM
CrossFit VIM is a strength and conditioning gym located in Lafayette, Colorado. We offer group CrossFit classes, Olympic Weight Lifting, Power Lifting, Gymnastics, Team Training, Personal training and Running clinics. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals.
Our average member is an athlete, a parent, a friend, a spouse/significant other. CrossFit VIM is comprised of real people who want to get the best out of their life. If your goal is a new lifting PR, a better 5K time or an activity filled afternoon with your kids, we want to help you get there.

In the meantime, here is the WOD for Monday: 1) Overhead Squat – 10 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 3 2) 5×3 snatch balance – focus on light/moderate weight Rest 1:30 between sets 3) 5×1 high hang snatch – aim for consistency with the reps, do not be tempted to add more weight and compensate by changing the hang position. Extra: 10 minutes of aerobic conditioning at a moderate pace airdayne/row/run
